His recent focus has been on Business Intelligence and (CxM) Customer Experience Management (Sales, Service, and Marketing) – on both the OLTP and OLAP side in the aviation, telecommunication industry and Retail and Consumer Goods.
His first degree is in computer science from the University of Passau, Germany. He finished his eMBA in 2009 at the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland (Top 100 Financial Times MBA ranking 46, EMBA Rankings 2009) in Business Engineering. He has complemented his IT experience with the highest-level business literacy. This extremely valuable and rare skill mix makes him a trusted and knowledgeable middleman between technology and business who is capable to speak both “languages”.
He effectively achieves objectives and prioritizes activities with the ability to translate business and market requirements into solutions aligned with business strategy and budgets.
