An efficient and effective IT Manager with in-depth knowledge and experience of IT Service / Project Management, having worked a number of years in the industry I have built up a structured view of IT Service with good practical experience. In my role as an IT Manager I control and manage all aspects of all aspects of the Service delivered from my group and interact with other departments to ensure proper working procedures. My other responsibility is to manage and motivate colleagues into being a 'best in class' department and to create a good working environment.
