Your hard- and software

• IT education (HTL, Fachhochschule, University)
• At least 3 years system engineering experience in a professional environment or excellent academic results
• Experience with requirements engineering tools and methodologies
• Preferred: Experience in Electronic Toll Collection or telematics
• Passion to drive collaboration across distributed locations, stakeholders and deliver high-quality results
• Self-motivated, committed and willing to take over responsibility
• Structured and solution-oriented
• Excellent oral and written English and German
• Flexibility and willingness to travel

Your tasks

• Analysis of ETC and ITS business and operational processes and definition of business needs and requirements
• Identification of major ETC business and operational processes that shall be supported by the technical solution
• Performance of gap analyses with respect to existing business and operational processes
• Definition of system requirements based on the result of the technical analysis of business processes
• Definition of quality-of-service requirements
• Definition, modeling, description and management of end-to-end system processes supporting the business architecture/processes
• Participation in technical meetings with sub-contractors
• Participation in customer meetings and workshops
• Analysis and evaluation of customer requirements of a customer specific solution during bid and delivery phase
• Identification of additional stakeholders and their specific needs
• Identification of specific requirements resulting from country specific aspects (legal, political)
• Identification of constraints on the customer specific solution
• Qualification of customer requirements into specific, well-written solution requirements to which systems and sub-systems can be architected and designed including provision of required characteristics and attributes
• Organization and management of the customer and resulting solution requirements in a Requirements Management tool
• Presents, clarifies and agrees solution requirements to/with customer and other stakeholders
  

The minimum salary for this position is € 55.000,- gross per annum, with the willingness to overpay based on your qualifications and experience.
