We are an IT-service provider and IT-personnel service provider in Würzburg. We work together with renowned companies in Mainfranken. For one of our customers we are looking for an International Customer Supporter (male/female). Our customer, a medium-sized international company in Würzburg, is based in the medical technical branche.

These will be your tasks:

  • Technical Customer Support in English as well as a further prevalent language by telephone and e-mail

  • Assistance and problem solving in the IT- and medical-technical environment

  • Documentation of the customer's requirements

  • Maintenance of the knowledge data base

 

These are the recommended qualifications:

  • Completed mercantile or technical education

  • Proficiency in the IT-Environment is preferable

  • Experience with customer support, ideally with telephone support

  • Handling MS-Office-Products and ticket systems confidentially

  • Willingness to work in shifts (Mo-Su)

  • Distinct team orientation

  • Very good English in spoken and written (Level B2 / C1 and higher)

  • Very good in another prevalent language in spoken and written is preferred (Spanish, French, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Russian, Polish etc.)

  • In possession of a work permit of unlimited duration
