HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

 

Your Tasks and Responsibilities:

 

  • Accomplish HR results by identifying and resolving issues, setting priorities, communicating and coordinating requirements and expediting fulfillment

  • Initiate and support the implementation of Human Resources policies in accordance with current legislation, group and country guidelines / systems in alignment with company’s overall strategy

  • Align, develop and instruct the business processes assigned to HR

  • Strategic workforce planning, personnel administration, performance appraisal and recognition

  • Coordinate recruitment, synchronize workforce training and skills development

  • Evaluation and revision of compensation, salary planning, company benefit plans

  • Prepare reports and recommendations to the EMEA HR Director and/or Plant Manager(s)

  • Contribute information, analysis, and recommendations to organization providing strategic thinking and direction

  • Counsel supervision in disciplinary issues, investigate records and recommend appropriate disciplinary action

  • Drive strong safety culture by actively supporting site and country wide safety related improvement efforts

  • Maintain positive employee relations program in the facilities including: communication, problem resolution, and recognition of employees, teamwork, motivation and recreation

  • Develop, coordinate and execute restructuring activities

  • Oversee the planning and controlling of HR budget

  • Lead on strategic projects and reporting as required by the HR Director

  • Enhance HR organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing requests in a timely and accurate manner

 

Your Profile:

 

  • 3 Master Degree Business Administration and/or HR Management

  • German Labor Law, strong communication skills, strategic thinking, knowledge in occupational psychology

  • Fluent in German and English

  • 4 years in HR Function (HR generalist, HRBP)

  • Comfort and experience dealing with ambiguity, change, and challenging problems

  • Commitment to employee engagement and continuous improvement.

  • Great organizational skills and demonstrated ability to get result.

  • Ability to work in a matrix environment.
