Team Lead Software Development for Advanced Driver Assistance Products (m/f)

Your Responsibilities and Duties:

• Functional Management of a team of Software developers, architects and project managers

• Clarification of tool and process requirements with customers and other departments

• Functional responsibility for implementation and technical evaluation

• Change management in the context of agile software development processes

• Reproduction of Software errors in an integration and test environment

• Analysis of Software development and integration problems

• Reporting of ongoing work

• Support of development, simulation or test tasks

Your Qualifications:

• Degree in electrical engineering, electronics, information technology, technical informatics, telecommunications, automation technology or comparable qualification

• Several years of experience in automotive software engineering

• Profound knowledge in the field of microprocessor technology

• Profound knowledge in the following programming languages, processes, and tools

• C, C ++, UML, XML

• CMMI, Automotive SPICE, agile SW engineering methodology

• AUTOSAR

• RTOS with POSIX API

• Communication protocols, e.g. CAN, LIN, FlexRay, SPI and corresponding analysis tools

• Profound knowledge of debugging, emulation and simulation environments

• Fluent German and English skills

• Communication and presentation skills

• Intercultural experience is advantageous
