Our costumer:

Our costumer, a big international company, located in Vienna is searching for an experienced Change Manager (ITIL) (m/f)

Your tasks:

• Responsibility for processes, concepts & solutions for infrastructure, platforms and security systems (identity management, access management etc.)

• Support the definition and continuous improvement of the change management process and its sub-processes

• Support the definition of the capacity management

• Support  the definition of the availability management

• Support and continuously reviews the Asset & Configuration Management processes

• Support the definition and continuous improvement of the Service Continuity Management processes

• Technical evaluations and proofs-of-concepts 

• Evaluation of  new infrastructure solutions from external vendors 

• Requirementsengineering (non functional) to meet the operational standards

• Define technical prerequisites for load-, performance and system integration tests Maintains security platform

• Support security audits and coordinates and the removal of security audit findings Implements concepts for consolidation of security systems

• Product Lifecycle Management

Your skills:

• IT education (HTL,university etc.)
• More than 3 years  of work experience in an outsourced service environment delivering against service levels and contractual agreements

• Intermediate knowledge of the ITIL Service Transition lifecycle, principles, processes, functions and roles, ideally ITIL Foundation certified (Practitioner)

• Experience in an infrastructure and/ or service transition related role in a larger, enterprise environment

• Intermediate knowledge of project management 

• Good English and German skills
