Our costumer, a big international company, located in Vienna is searching for an experienced Infrastructure Manager (ITIL) (m/f)
Your tasks:

Manage 24/7 Data Centers and supporting staff

Responsible for the direct daily supervision/management of technical staff;

Responsible for operational performance addressing cost, schedule, technical performance, and quality of a work according to contractual Service Level Agreement, Key measurements and Project Schedules

Systematically review all existing processes and procedures and implement innovative changes to meet and exceed all contractual Service Level Agreements

Manage operational environment that supports a highly visible customer application; support 3rd party vendors

Collaborate with IT Architects to insure all proposed solutions fit into our current/future operational environment and support staff in the implementation of those approved changes

Implement new operational tools (monitoring, performance and security) automation to achieve efficiency gains, improve quality of operations, and meet all Service Level Agreements

Maintain positive and proactive communications with 3rd party hardware and software maintenance providers in support of our data center operations
Your skills:
- IT education (HTL,university etc.)

Experience providing operational support to large production data centers for 5+ years
-
Experience with ITIL methodologies

Deliver stable and responsive server, data storage, and backup services for production, development, test and training environments while managing all environments according to customer security requirements

Knowledgeable in support of various operating systems (Windows, LINUX)

Knowledgeable in support of various storage solutions (NAS & SANS, EMC, etc.)

Experience with leading and supporting Major Problem Resolution efforts for environment outages
-
Experienced in the support of disaster recovery environments and failover processes and procedures
Good English and German skills
