As the go-to application expert, you'll be the driving force behind the stability and availability of our client's systems. Your daily tasks will include supporting business colleagues, investigating trade processing, and recommending improvements to enhance overall efficiency. You'll be a key player in automizing Securities Lending and Borrowing, contributing to the success of our agile organization.

Your Responsibilities:

Assure system availability and stability ("Run the bank").
Support daily operations and investigations.
Provide recommendations for system and process improvements.
Generate reports based on business needs.
Collaborate in fully automizing Securities Lending and Borrowing.
Engage in daily routines and ceremonies as an agile team member.
Act as a local gateway between IT and the Central IT department and vendor.
Support upgrades and conduct tests as a senior expert.

5 years of practical hands-on experience with "FIS Securities Finance Trading and Collateral Platform" (formerly Apex Collateral Management/Finance).
Solid understanding of Securities Lending and Borrowing.
Proficient in Java/JMS and SQL.
Basics in Agile/SAFe methodology.
Willingness to work on public Swiss/Zurich holidays when foreign markets are open. - This will be in rotation mode
Relevant certifications or exams are a plus.
Excellent communication skills with management, business, IT, and vendors.
English Business fluent, native language (C1/2)
Possibility of 40% home office (to be agreed with the team).
The Markets IT team is situated close to the business, ensuring easy communication and efficient collaboration. There are daily interactions with the colleagues in the business, making the job more engaging and interesting.
