For our client, a globally active firm headquartered in CH - Zug, we are looking to staff a Program Manager (Pharma) to start on 01 Dec, 2017 Job Description • Set-up of program office • Lateral lead of 2 project managers within the program • Ensure harmonized usage of PPM processes and templates • Set-up of program office • Lateral lead of 2 project managers within the program • Ensure harmonized usage of PPM processes and templates • Enable & support Program Risk Mgmt • Provide aligned and common communication structure • Advising on best practices and Project Mgmt principles • Program planning, tracking, reporting • Guide and manage preparation for program and project milestone reviews • Manages the preparation of the consolidated program status reports • Create and maintain integrated program-, resource- and budget plans • Tactical coordination of dependencies, timelines and budgets for entire program and functions within an area or program • Define and implement harmonized, measures, reports including key performance indicators (KPIs) for the program to enable teams and functions to measure and improve quality, efficiency and effectiveness Must Haves • Several years of project management experience in the diagnostic environment, focusing on product development projects, typically in the area of lab diagnostics • Prior project management experience in Agile SW development environment would be a valuable asset. • Completed studies in the field of engineering, natural sciences or comparable vocational training or further education • Project management certification (e.g. IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2) is an advantage • Fluency in English is mandatory and German is desirable – spoken and written Nice to Haves • German • Certificates Contract Type: Contract – w/m Start Date: 01 Dec, 2017 or by agreement Duration: 13 Months with extension Workload: 100% Workplace: CH - Zug PEOPLE BUSINESS AG is a Swiss IT recruitment consultancy company and is based in Zurich.
