Ihre Aufgaben

Plan and estimate development, maintenance and support costs for each product in scope
From order entry, revenue and estimated costs define annual development budget of each product in scope
Responsibility for fulfilling the agreed yearly BC budget (product sales, costs, profit)
Responsible for the Quality of the products in scope
Responsible for the Development Schedule of the products in scope
Responsible for Compliance with Company & Project Standards (PM-/SE-Book, CMMI)
Develop a product strategy and prepare and execute strategic decisions regarding the products in scope, especially regarding
Marketing and sales campaigns
Pricelists, pricing models
Creation of additional products, creation of product families, end of life of products
Strategic requirements influencing product development to a large extent
Participation in the tasks of the overall Product Management PLM Products
Input of requirements for the products in scope
Consolidation and prioritization of requirements from the overall Product Management for the products in scope
Participation in important/high impact decisions regarding the products in scope
Comply with the requirements of the overall Product Management, especially respecting the following rules for product development:
No development in competition to already existing products
Maximum re-use of already developed components
Ensure a complementary set of products that can be used together by one customer with-out any problems
Extension of the customer scenario with a switch from a low level to a high end solution is always possible without disadvantages for the customer
Prepare and execute operational decisions regarding
Requirements for the products in scope
Priorities of the requirements in close collaboration with the Product Development Leader of the corresponding product
Maintenance/Support of the products in scope
