Within our international Front Office Quant technology team, we are looking for a highly motivated DevOps Engineer who will work in the operation of diverse systems. Bringing together technology and math, our team builds cutting-edge high-performance computing cluster, risk management tools and diverse APIs. Our software is based on the latest technology stack scalable cloud infrastructure.

Perform Unix engineering tasks, including system administration, performance tuning, and security hardening
Design, implement, and maintain the team’s infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines
Deploy, manage, and scale applications using Docker containers
Utilize Ansible for configuration management and automation of infrastructure
Maintain monitoring systems using Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK stack to ensure high availability
Troubleshot and resolve production issues, ensuring system reliability and performance
Implement and maintain disaster recovery strategies and ensure that the system is properly installed and configured
Being part of our Quant technology team in a highly collaborative environment with responsibilities ranging full stack software engineering, requirement engineering, risk management system design and maintenance, developing compute infrastructure and operation

Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or related roles
Strong knowledge of Docker containerization and orchestration
Proficiency in Ansible for configuration management and automation
Solid understanding of Unix-based operating systems, including system administration and performance tuning
Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, ELK and Grafana
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and associated tools (e.g., Bamboo, Jenkins)
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
